All parts and accessory orders are delivered by a chosen transport and logistics provider to the delivery address you’ve supplied on placing an order. Store collections of parts and accessory orders are not currently available.

 

All orders received before 12 pm on any business day will be dispatched on that day. All bike orders are to be picked up from electricbike.com store after assembly by a qualified bicycle technician.

Should you need to track your order, please contact Customer Service info@electricbike.com to obtain your order tracking number. Please include your Order/Invoice Number for reference.

Then go to the chosen provider tracking page using the tracking number provided. Select ‘Consignment Number’ under ‘Domestic Tracking’ and enter your tracking number.
